Job Description

Primary Purpose:

Serve as the primary point of contact with the Enterprise Customer and our business and development teams to successfully facilitate all necessary activities related to implementations of contracted services.  Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously in a fast pace environment - projects span multiple months.  Identify Enterprise opportunities that align Quotit strategically and formally with the client.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with our customers during the implementation process
  • Strong technical aptitude to serve as a SME and troubleshooting resource post implementation
  • Manage all aspects of implementation including: transition from our sales team, facilitate “Kick-Off” meeting and subsequent project status meetings, and serve as Tier 1 contact for Technical issue resolution
  • Develop, maintain and execute the project plan - tracking project milestones, activities, tasks and customer meeting minutes
  • Report project progress, including deliverables, milestones, risks and mitigation strategies, to both customers and our Executive Team
  • Engage appropriate resources for architectural consultation
  • Customer training and support for optimal adoption of product
  • Manage post-implementation activities including: transition to Account Manager, documentation and knowledge management, optimizing the implementation process for use on future project, and related process improvement opportunities, and ongoing feedback and dialogue with the our team focused on improvements and updates (product, infrastructure, sales, management, etc.)
  • Implement to the development teams client requirements and contract/SLA obligations
  • Ability to manage very high revenue based opportunities commercially to meet revenue and margin growth strategies
  • Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory branches (HIPAA, WBE CMS, state and local)
  • Ensure that all Performance Standards and Guarantees are achieved as documented
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job


Minimum Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 3+ years knowledge of health insurance sales, account management, and/or related industry/regulatory experience
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills needed to effectively manage both internal and external clients
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem solving and management of competing priority tasks/projects to attain positive results
  • Attention to detail and organization; strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated, requiring little or no supervision
  • Flexible, team player, able to encourage and motivate team members; ability to influence and persuade other to achieve desired outcomes
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with clients, functional management, and external vendors   
  • Mature and professional in attitude and appearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • Ability to travel periodically for customer trainings

  • Project Management skills
  • Previous Enterprise/Commercial account management experience

Knowledge of MS Projects, Access and Visio
