Primary Purpose:

Manage a team of lead generators/sourcing team members while designing and implementing process and technologies to capture, track, and progress candidate leads on a national platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor and train team of Sourcing Specialists responsible for building a diverse candidate pool through cold calling, sourcing, networking, and partnering with third-party agencies
  • Quickly build talent pipelines and candidate pools
  • Collaborate with business unit leadership and human resources leadership to ensure compliance with applicable labor law
  • Continually evaluate marketing and recruiting process to identify areas of efficiency and improvement
  • Champion and follow-through with branding initiatives to maintain relevancy in insurance sales recruiting industries
  • Design and implement process and technologies to capture, track, and progress candidate leads
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, and recruiting to define the process and flow for moving candidates through the process
  • Define, track and present KPI’s associated with program success
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of the recruiting goals and regularly communicate with business unit leadership on recruiting progress
  • Lead buildout of national virtual sales agency working closely with senior sales leadership, licensing and talent acquisition.
  • Create and manage a team of inside territory managers to support virtual sales agency
  • Participate in various recruiting related events offsite

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 3+ years of high volume lead generation, sourcing, and prospecting
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry including P&C and/or A&H segments
  • Experience with multiple applicant tracking systems and/or CRM systems such as: Taleo, MyStaffingPro, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, ICIMS, Workday
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
  • Experience designing and implementing models to find applicants for hard to fill positions
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and high energy level
  • Strong level of commitment in supporting a specific business unit in an ultra-competitive recruiting climate

  • Experience in a government contracting environment
