Job Description
The A&H Operations Business Systems Analyst III is responsible for the analysis of new and existing systems and applications to align with company goals.• Inform management and project teams of any facts, events, or information that may impact the success of a project or deliverable
• Identify and research current business systems issues and follow established testing procedures for delivery
• Work with project leaders, IT, product and operations to demonstrate system changes to ensure all relevant needs are met
• Assist with the creation and execution of test plans
• Assist business units by analyzing potential system changes/enhancements and create supporting documentation for functional, system, usability, acceptance, and regression testing
• Help to drive solutions by providing testing support while following defined testing methods and system analysis
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation offered for this role is $47,440.00 - 81,902.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
