Insurance Claim Training

Our four-week, comprehensive paid training program for our claims trainees and representatives sets us apart from the competition!

The program will cover “Insurance 101,” Claim Philosophies and Guidelines, and licensing (if needed). Learn everything you need to know about policy language and “Good Faith” claim-handling. You’ll be provided with all the tools you need to properly investigate claims with an emphasis on coverages and liability determination. Additionally, you’ll learn file documentation and desk management procedures to efficiently process claims.

Customer Service Training

Insurance service representatives are critical component of National General’s success and they participate in a six-week, in-house paid training program.

This training covers the foundations of the insurance industry and how to utilize that knowledge in real-world customer service situations. You’ll also learn state-specific variations in insurance and how to navigate our in-house knowledge management platform to ensure ongoing service accuracy. In addition, you’ll learn crucial billing functions which include payment processing and complex billing resolution techniques. We will help you develop the skills needed to provide superior service to our customers and ensure their satisfaction.

This training covers the property and casualty insurance industry as well as National General’s products and systems. You’ll also learn proven sales techniques to empower you for success.
